I usually had to braid it in the front or pin it to the side to make it look acceptable.
And here's my fresh new do, thanks to Darci, the best hairstylist in Phoenix!
What a difference it makes! Now I feel more confident for my first day of school on Monday (it's about to get real). I can not speak highly enough of Darci and her talent and attention to detail. She does a great consultation and communicates clearly to make sure you're on the same page about what you want. She uses cool techniques to get the exact look you want. She works with precision and attention to detail and continues to fine tune and clip away little bits until it's just right. And she's an expert at curls. With curly hair, it seems I never know what to expect when I leave the stylist's chair. With other stylists, I've ended up with straightened hair, crunchy eighties curls, and pageant hair. Darci always uses the right products and techniques to coax my natural curl into the perfect shape while still leaving it looking natural and fresh. You can find her at E's Urban Hair in Phoenix
